Service appointments are subject to availability. Plumber Spring Valley will make reasonable efforts to accommodate same-day and emergency requests. While we strive to arrive within the estimated window, arrival times may vary due to traffic, prior job durations, or emergency dispatches. We will notify you of any significant delays.
4. Pricing and Payment
Plumber Spring Valley provides upfront pricing before any work begins. Written estimates or quotes are valid for the date of service and are subject to change if the scope of work changes. Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 5 business days of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, provided the concern relates to the original scope of work performed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Plumber Spring Valley is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deteriorated pipes, or conditions not visible or discoverable during routine service. Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service in question.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that a responsible adult (18+) is present during all service appointments. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the plumbing issue and ensuring safe access to all areas requiring service.
8. Warranty on Parts
Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts installed by Plumber Spring Valley. Labor warranties are provided as stated in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear.
